All You Need to Know to Make Best Use of NDIS
NDIS is the new way the Australian Government is helping eligible people under 65 who have a permanent disability, to receive care and support so they can enjoy a normal life.
Tradern Australia International (TAUS) Care and Training Services will work with you to establish a support team matched to your needs that will help you achieve your goals.
The NDIS will pay for reasonable and necessary support which can help maintain independence and connections within the community; e.g. changes to your bathroom so you can shower yourself, join in the community, get a job or equipment such as wheelchairs.
Tradern Australia International (TAUS) Care and Training Services is a registered service provider and charge at the price limit in the NDIS Support Catalogue for all supports.
The NDIS provides a range of services customized to the needs and requirements of the individual receiving support. For example,
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) imposes price controls on some support services by setting the prices that registered providers can charge for those services. As a registered NDIS provider, Tradern Care charges the NDIS prices for support services. Tradern Australia International Care and Training Services (TAUS-ICS) is also compliant with the NDIS’s eligibility terms to use the Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP) conditional loading and will use the TTP prices where applicable.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is intended to provide funding to people under the age of 65 with permanent and significant disabilities so that they can obtain the necessary support and services.
The NDIS will pay for the assistance required to maintain independence and build strong community networks. Examples of such assistance includes support services from qualified staff/agencies to help with your daily activities, structural changes to your bathroom so you can shower yourself, assistance with securing wheelchairs, finding you an appropriate job if you are interested, and effective integration into the local community.
Funding amounts are based on what is reasonable and necessary for participants to achieve their goals, as well as on if they have help from friends, family or other government supports. NDIS funding is broken up into separate budgets, and the approved amounts in each will differ from participant to participant.
